Remember - the less sweat that your sauna comes into contact with, the longer it will last! Use a towel to capture sweat!
Cleaning your sauna regularly is essential to maintaining it's life, and your hygiene.
Cleaning Wood:
When the sauna is not in use, use a clean, damp cloth to wipe down the surfaces inside the sauna, including the walls, bench, and floor.
We recommend a mild soap, or a natural solution of water, vinegar and lemon. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the wood or other materials. These chemicals may also harm your health at high temperatures.
Cleaning Heaters:
The floor panels are removable, allowing you to wipe down the foot heaters too, as they tend to require the most cleaning. When you are cleaning the carbon fiber heaters, ensure your cloth is damp but not wet. Use only water for these heaters.
Regular Maintenance:
After each use of the sauna, if there is sweat or moisture on any surfaces, wipe with a dry cloth. Leave the door open for at least 20 minutes after each session.
